    BUYING POLICY


    a.     Buying policy

     i. All items display here is for sale. Please note the prices do not include postage and packaging.

     ii. Improvised remakes are always available by request (subject to materials availability). By definition, improvised remakes refers to remakes with slightly differences on the materials used but still maintaining the overall look. Please do not hesitate to ask more.

    iii. Consequently, we also allow our customers to extend the length of the bracelet for free if the desired extension is less than 40mm. An additional of rm1 is required for each additional 10mm.

     iv.  The flat rate of delivery charges is RM7 for Sem Malaysia and RM10 for Sabah/ Sarawak. For ready stock items, the booking period is only for 2 days.

    v.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and delivery though most orders are shipped out earlier.

    vi. Customers are welcome to give us feedback and comments. If there is a particular color range or theme you are after for your bracelet, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. All styles can be catered for. Please allow extra time for these to be made, as a lot of time and effort goes into them.

    vii. We are a small operation and as much as we love to be in this industry, but we are also ordinary people who works 9 hours a day (sometimes even more), therefore, sometimes we may not be able to reply your queries as soon as we should have. We will try our best to reply all queries within 48 hours. Please do not fret on us.
